What proper cold-chain packaging actually includes
Insulated packaging rated for the transit duration, not just the shipping box
Gel packs or dry ice sized to the actual transit time, not a flat default
A sealed inner layer that keeps compounds isolated from condensation as packaging warms
Minimizing transit time itself — packaging quality can't fully compensate for a slow shipping route
What to check when your order arrives
Gel packs should still be at least partially frozen or cold on arrival. If a shipment arrives warm with fully melted packaging and it's a hot compound (larger peptides, anything you were told is less stable), that's worth flagging — not necessarily unusable, but worth asking about.
